Amazing and top location for our visit to St Benedict within walking distance of the hotel. All the staff was welcoming.

The Superior Double Room featured a spacious layout with a variety of coffee-making equipment, perfect for those who enjoy hot beverages. The well-decorated bathroom came stocked with ample toiletries.
The breakfast experience fell flat, with a 30-minute wait and a lack of sauces on the table. Although the bed sheets were clean, the view from the room was marred by outdoor bins and scaffolding, which detracted from the overall ambiance. The bathtub was particularly small, which might not suit everyone's preferences. There were recurring issues with overcooked food items at breakfast, such as hard tomatoes and dry black pudding.

Room were stunning, lovely and great hotel. The breakfast was good, with options like kippers and reasonably priced. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a very comfortable bed. The location was very central, brilliant down to the beautiful harbour. The place was next door to Alfredo Restaurant, where you can have dinner...
Facilities were modern, nevertheless Wi-Fi was terrible.

This hotel is located in the center of Conwy, is close to the railway station and is very convenient for walking around the town. English (or welsh) breakfast was very nice.

Nice room (single) with very nice and new bathroom. Very friendly staff. Good location with parking.
Noisy room on the stairs. Poor soundproofing - Seagulls kept me awake all night when combined with the nearby clock that chimed every 15 mins !!

The location is absolutely fabulous in the heart of the old town inside the city walls at 5 min. walk from the castle and right beside a couple of other atractions (oldest house, furnished country house, smalles house). Even the "normal" club room we've took was furnished at a luxury level and everything was clean and nice. The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpfull and provided us everything we've needed immediately. The building itself was absolutely stunning. Overall it'a charmingly warm & pitoresque family hotel really well fit in the medieval sourounding.
It was annoying that the guy at the hotel's restaurant didn't let us take the baby's pushchair to the breakfast even if there would have been space - he finally put a table for us alone in the lounge far away from the buffet. The cold buffet at breakfast was dissapointing for a hotel of this level: only some basic stuff you could find at an Ibis or Holiday Inn - not in a 4 star hotel, however the cooked breakfast was really tasty (exceptional grilled kippers and smoked haddock). The lounge could use some refreshing as it looks dusty and worn out - unlike the rooms or the hallways which are really nicely decorated.

Breakfast choice was excellent, especially the kippers which were the best I have ever tasted. Parking might be tricky, so plan to arrive early.
